Bill Payments

Homeowners are able to make online payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, or ACH (e-check) through the homeowners portal. A service charge is added to payments made online.

BRM does not collect or store credit card or bank account information. Payments are handled by third party administrators and applications.

If you schedule online bill pay with your bank, make the check payable to your HOA.

There is no processing fee for bill pay checks or personal checks.

Your account number MUST be on the check.

Make the check payable to your HOA and send it with the coupon at the bottom of your statement. Your account number must be written on your check.
