Buyer/Seller Information

Any ACH dues cancelation notices must be sent 20 days prior to the next payment date in which the withdrawals are set to end. It is the seller’s responsibility to notify us. Seller are responsible for dues in full for the month in which they are closing.

Affidavits can be emailed to brm@blueridge-management.com . Charges apply; email for fee schedule. Once signed and notarized we will notify you that pickup is ready. Agents, please make sure buyers fill out the Buyer Registration Sheet. Affidavit requests must be submitted to BlueRidge Management one week prior to closing; within 7 days of closing our fee is doubled. Completed affidavits must be picked up in a timely manner. Affidavits can be picked up between 8:00am and 5:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
