Assessments
Your Association’s Board of Directors sets your dues amount each year. Some communities are assessed dues monthly, while others may be assessed annually, quarterly, or biannually. Dues are due on the first day of the billing period, and most communities have a grace period between 15-30 days before late fees are assessed. The grace period in your community is set by either the CCRs or the Board of Directors. Once you log in to the portal, you will be able to view your payment options. Make sure to pay attention to the due date to avoid late fees.
Exterior Modifications
Many new homeowners are excited to make their new house their own, which often means making changes to suit their family's needs. Please be sure to get any changes or modifications approved by your Association’s Architectural Review Committee prior to beginning any construction. Your Community Manager can also help you submit the form.

Rules & Regulations
It’s important that you take the time to read through your Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) and other governing documents you received during closing.
These documents will bring you up to speed on your responsibilites as a homeowner as well as the Associations responsibilites. If you did not receive these documents or misplaced them, there are copies available for download in the shared documents tab of the homeowners' portal.
