How to Respond to a Violation

Step 1:

Log into your account via the homeowners portal located at the top right of our site.

Step 2:

Click "Violations" in the main navigation.

Step 3:

Click the three dots under actions next to the violation you want to respond to. Click "View."

Step 4:

On the new page you can add "comments" which will automatically email your note to the association and log it on the violation page.

Step 5:

Images and attachments can also be added to help cure the violation and are stored on the violation record.
